| 摘 要： | 数字信息资源共享动力机制,是指能够促使图书馆数字信息资源共享活动持续发展而形成的复杂的动力系统。它包括内部动力和外部动力两大要素。内部动力包括馆长、馆员要素;外部动力包括读者监督、图书馆评估、图书馆法、信息技术与标准、经费等要素。当前应建立并完善读者监督、图书馆评估、图书馆法等动力机制。图1。参考文献10。

| Abstract: | Dynamic mechanisms for digital information resource sharing are complex dynamic systems for the sustainable development of library digital information resource sharing activities.They consist of internal dynamics and external dynamics.Internal dynamics include such elements as library directors and library staff members,and external dynamics include reader's supervision,library evaluation,library laws,IT and relation standards,budgets,etc.The author thinks that we should pay sufficient attention to reader's supervision,library evaluation,library law and other dynamic mechanisms.1 fig.10 refs. |
