| 摘 要： | 随着经济一体化和金融全球化的发展,银保合作已成为国际金融业的主要发展趋势之一。我国的银行保险虽然发展迅速,但存在的问题不容忽视。借鉴国外银行保险发展的成功经验,在分析我国银行保险的发展现状及制约因素的基础上,提出解决这个瓶颈问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy integration and fmance globalization , the cooperation between bank and insurance industry has become one of the main trend of the international financial industry. Although bancassuranee develops rapidly in China, we can not ignore its problems existing in its developing. Based on the analysis of developing situation and restriction factors of our bancassurance, this article, from the successful experience of bancassurance in foreign country, gives some suggestions to solve these problems. |
