| 摘 要： | 博物馆是保护和传承珍贵历史文化遗产的公益性文化事业单位，不以盈利为目的，但这并不意味着博物馆只能依靠政府增加投入，不能以产业化理念为依托整合自己的特有资源，从事经营性活动，提高资源运营效率。博物馆应该在坚持社会效益第一的前提下，充分利用自身的各种资源优势，开发文化产品，发展文化产业，增强自身发展活力和竞争力，更好地推动博物馆文化事业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The museum is functioning as the protection and the inheritance of precious history cultural heritage, a public weffare cultural establishment unit, no taking the profit as a goal. But this does not mean the museum only can depend upon the government to increase the investment, and cannot take the industrial production idea as depending on the conformity unique resources, engaged in the managerial activity, enhanceing the resources operation efficiency. The museum under the insistence social efficiency first premise, is suppose to fully use own each resources superiority, the development cuhure product, the development euhure industry, to strengthen own development vigor and the competitive power, to impel the museum cultural establishment well the sustainable development. |
