| 摘 要： | 文化引领是大学文化与生俱来的品性。在大学文化生命机制的作用下，时代要义决定着大学文化引领的价值导向和精神诉求。传承民族文化、探求普遍真理、化解社会冲突、构建和谐社会是大学文化职能回归的时代要求。大学文化引领职能的时代溢出与应然回归需要我们理性审视大学的文化动因、科学探寻大学的文化本原、全面拓展大学的文化实践。突显大学精神文化的主导作用、体现大学制度文化的规范作用、彰显大学学术文化的引领作用、强化大学行为文化的示范作用等是大学文化引领职能回归的理性路径。

| Abstract: | Culture leading is an inherent character of university culture.In the affection of the university culture life mechanism, essences of the time decide the university culture＇s leading of the value orientation and the spiritual pursuit. The functions of university culture are as follows：inheriting the national culture, to find the universal truth, resolving social conflict, and constructing the harmonious society and return of these functions are to meet the demand of the times. The function of the university culture to lead times has overflown and its return needs us to make rational examination of the university culture cause,make science search of the university culture principle,and make overall development of the university cultural practice.Highlight the leading role of university culture spiri role, and to strengthen culture and its rational t,normalized usage of university culture system,reveal university academic culture 1 the university culture＇s exemplary role, return paths. all of these are the leading functions of eading versity |
