| 摘 要： | 王海明所开创的新伦理学的真正奠基石是人道理论。王海明的人道理论:其思想核心是人具有最高价值,并且人是自己的实现者和超越者;其实践本质是把人当人看和使人成为人;其实践理性精神的展开方向是推行以共同体人人之共同需要、共同意志、共同意愿为依据和准则的法治,消除异化,使人人成为自由的人,使社会成为自由的社会。以此为三维整合视域,王海明的人道理论有可能获得超越自身的巨大思想张力。

| Abstract: | The genuine foundation of the New Ethics started by Prof.Wang Hai-ming is his humanity theory,the theoretical core of which is the proposition that man possesses the utmost value,and it is he who realizes,and then surpasses himself.The practical nature of this theory is to regard man as man,and help him to become a man.Its orientation of practical reason is to pursue the rule of law where the common need,common will,common wish of members in the community are the basis and the criterion,to eliminate alienation, to assure man of freedom,and to assure the society of liberty.With an integrated view into these three dimensions,Prof.Wang's humanity theory might earn the strength for self-surpassing. |
