| 摘 要： | 随着全球化的发展，投资环境状况成为了一个城市吸引投资的重要因素。运用层次分析法和综合评价法以大连市为例对其投资环境进行了评价，建立了投资环境评价指标体系，计算出了各指标的权重，完成了各指标的评分及综合评分，并对改善大连市投资环境提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Along with the globalization, the investment environment condition became an important factor of one city to attract investment. Using the method of analytic hierarchy process and the method of synthesis evaluation I evaluated the investment environment of Dalian city ,established the index system of the investment environment evaluation, calculated various index weight, completed the synthesis grades and commental value of various index and introduced some concrete proposal to improve the Dalian's investment environment. |
