| 摘 要： | 高校能否培养出具备优秀能力素质、为社会实际所需要的人才,关系到大学生的就业前景、职业生涯塑造和行业发展。高校旅游管理专业能力素质建构可以从良好的思想素质、健康的身心素质、全面的文化素质、过硬的业务素质、及创新精神、竞争意识和适应能力五个主要方面着眼,通过优化旅游管理专业课程设置、加强教师队伍建设、改革创新教学方法、强化实践能力培养、开展与职业能力挂钩的课外活动、培养学生职业观念和道德意识等途径,造就满足社会需要、推动旅游业发展、弘扬中华传统文化的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | Universities can train talents with outstanding professional ability for the society.It relates to the career prospects and developing.Professional ability of tourism management in university is can be constructed from five main respects good thoughtful quality,healthy physical and psychological quality,overall culture,professional qualifications,initiative spirit,competition and adaptive capacity.We can optimize professional courses intended for tourism management majors,strengthen the building of teachers' contingent,reform teaching methods,carry on extracurricular activities,develop extracurricular activities professional-related ability,train professional thinking and ethical consciousness of students.The purpose is to train high-quality talents,who can meet the needs of society,promote the development of tourist industry and carry forward traditional culture of China. |
