教学质量评价体系的建立与Pareto有效性

摘    要:教学质量评价是体现高等教育质量的一个核心要素,教学质量的好坏直接关系到人才培养的质量,而教学质量由多指标和多因素构成,是一个综合的系统工程。如何建立起一套相对科学、合理、公正有效且符合我国高校实际情况的教学质量评价标准和方法是一个不可回避的重要问题。提出教学质量评价中存在的偏好性及提高评价可信度的对策,尝试通过多目标优化理论中的Pareto有效性方法建立高校教学质量的评价指标体系,运用Pareto的各种有效性理论对教学质量进行量化评价和分析。

Abstract:The evaluation of teaching equality is a key index in higher education equality.The good and the bad of teaching equality directly affect the talent equality.Teaching equality is composed of multi-index and multi-factor.It is a systematic engineering.It is an unavoidable important problem how to construct a series of scientific,reasonable,fair and efficient evaluation standard and methods for teaching equality which accords with our higher education.The preference existed in the evaluation of teaching equality is discussed,and the methods to improve reliability of the evaluation are put forward.It also presents the evaluation methods of teaching equality with Pareto’s efficiency in multi-objective optimization.
