| Abstract: | China is a big country both at agriculture and human resources.For a long time,rural human resources,as a basic resource,are influenced by the dual urban and rural economic structure and the traditional small-scale peasant economy.And the development and management of human resource in rural areas are difficult to adapt to the needs of social and economic development.Thus,it is of great significance to strengthen the research of rural human resource management and development. |
