| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无张力疝修补术后早期活动的时间界定。方法 随机抽取腹股沟斜疝病例60例，其中进行巴西尼氏法修补30例，应用巴德补片进行无张力修补30例，对上述患观察术后24小时内、1天、2天、3天、5天时间段内，患术后活动后出现切口疼痛的情况。结果 巴西尼氏法疝修补患术后上述时间段内疼痛发生率分别为100％、96．7％、96．7％、33％、3．3％，无张力疝修补患术后上述时间段内疼痛发生率分别为96．7％、10％、6．7％、3．3％、0％。两种方法比较，24小时内无统计学差异，24小时到3天内有统计学差异， 3天后无统计学差异。结论无张力疝修补术后患的活动可从术后24小时开始，不发生切口疼痛，早日进行生活自理。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the time of movement after hernioplasty with no strain.Method:60 cases were divided into two groups.30 cases was operated by Bassini's way ,the other was by hernioplasty with no strain. The pain of the incision after the operation were observed within 24hours,1,2,3,5day.Result:The rate of pain was 100%,96.7%,96.7%,33%,3.3% by Bassini's method and 96.7%,10%,6.7%,3.3%,0% by the hernioplasty with no strain.There was no significant differences between the two operation ways in 24 hour and very significant from 1 day to 3 days and no significant after 3 days. Conclution:The movement of the patients after hernioplasty with no strain may begin after 24hours later and without pain and nursing himself early. |
