| Abstract: | Using a lot of documentary materials, this article discusses the importance and urgency of speeding up the building of college teaching staff of "P. E and health" under new circumstances in our country, the management department and administrative personnel of each college should set up open training ideas of "scientific physical education", "regarding students as essence" , "regarding teaching as essence", This article puts forward the measures and suggestions on strengthening the of teaching staff of PE. |
