| 摘 要： | 解决中小企业融资难的问题,一方面要增强企业自身的理财能力,完善财务管理制度,增强自身市场竞争力,提升品牌价值;另一方面要规范民间借贷市场,政府及有关部门要做好相关工作,坚决贯彻实施国家推出的关于中小企业融资的政策。
