| 摘 要： | 贵阳"林城新区"是贵阳城市经济圈的标志性工程,贵阳市、黔南州、龙里县相关部门紧紧抓住了"西部大开发"和贵阳城市经济圈建设的战略机遇,利用其显著的区位优势,带动了贵阳城市经济圈乃至整个泛珠三角区域经济的发展。在"十一五"期间,相关部门要坚持落实科学发展观,遵循市场经济的规律,采取相应措施,趋利避害,有力推动贵阳"林城新区"的建设和发展。

| Abstract: | New forest city of Guiyang the symbolic engineering in economical circle of Guiyang city.Guiyang,Qiannan Prefecture and Longli County catch the strategic opportunity of West Development and Guiyang Economical circle,drawing on the advantageous area,which promote the economic development of Guiyang and the Pearl River Delta Open Economic Zone.During the Eleventh Five-Year's Plan,Relevant departments are required to implement the view of scientific development,follow the rules of market economy,adopt correspondent measures,strive for advantages and avoid disadvantages,promoting strongly the construction and development of New Forest City of Guiyang. |
