| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量文献资料,结合目前田径教学实际,对我国当前高校体育教育专业田径教学现状进行分析,提出田径教学改革措施：（1）以“健康第一”为指导思想,建立复合型的人才培养模式;（2）优化教学内容体系,提高学生的学习兴趣;（3）提高教师的教学水平,改进教学方法与手段;（4）加强教学实践环节,提高学生的实践能力;（5）建立科学的考核评价体系,正确评价学生的学习成绩。

| Abstract: | Based on a wide range documents,and combining with the present practice of track and field teaching,the paper analyzed the present situation of track and field teaching in physical education major of our colleges and universities at present, and put forward souse countenneasures of track and field teaching reform for reference. （ 1 ） with “health first” as guiding idenlogy, form compound model of training talent; （2） optimize system of teaching contents, raise study interest of college student; （3） raise teaching level of teacher, improve teaching method and way; （4） strengthen teaching practice link, raise practice ability of college student; （5） form acientifie system of examination and evaluation, accurate evaluate study result of college student. |
