| Abstract: | It is the multipropagation of high quality somatic embryo that restricts the application of artificial seed of plant.There are many factors such as plant hormones which have important effects on high quality embryo.2,4 D.However,to achieve high quality embryo,it is necessary to balance the accelerators(2,4 D,6 BA,NAA,etc) and the inhibitors(ABA,etc). |
