| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查法、数理统计法和文献资料法，以福建省10所高校体育教师的人格特征、教学风格进行了研究和分析，结论表明，体育教师教学风格主要以激进型、立法型、局部型、整体型风格为主，性别、学历和职称对教学风格的形成有重要的影响；学历、性别和职称对高校教师的人格的影响较小；神经质和精神质对高校教师的教学风格的形成有重要影响，有显著的预测作用。

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire survey procedure, mathematical method of average and literature material law, by Fujian ten university＇s P. E teachers＇personality characteristic, the teaching style extremely relations have done the research and the analysis. The conclusion indicated that, P. E teachers＇ teaching style mainly by radical, legislation, partial, whole style primarily, the sex, the school record and the title have the important influence to the teaching style formation; The school record, the sex and the title are small to the university teacher＇s personality influence; Nervous and the spiritual confrontation university teacher＇s teaching style formarion has the important influence, has the remarkable forecast function. |
