中小学校长可持续成长心理环境与对策的研究

摘    要:中小学校长可持续成长心理环境是一种以观念形式表现出来的环境,是对校长心理发挥实际影响作用的全部外在条件和力量,具有阶段性、顺序性、持续性、不平衡性、外显性等基本特点和导向、规范、激励、调适的功能,对校长可持续成长发挥影响和制约的作用。针对其心理环境存在的现状与问题,我们应从校长自身心理环境、学校心理环境、学校外心理环境等三个方面进行优化,以促进其健康持续成长。

Abstract:The principals' sustaining psychological enviroment is expressed by the idea which is the condition and power that have practical influence upon the principals' performance. It has the characteristics of periodicity, sequency, outgoing, and being sustaining. Its functions include guidance, standardization, encoughment, and adjustment, all of which have strong influence upon the psychological performance. It has been suggested that strategies should be based on the combination of the principlas' own psychological enviroment, school psychological enviroment, and the psychological enviromen outside of school as well.
