纳豆芽胞杆菌对大白鼠肠道菌群的影响

摘    要:报道了SD大白鼠口服纳豆芽胞杆菌一周后粪便菌群数量的变化情况。服用纳豆芽胞杆菌后,需氧菌肠杆菌和肠球菌的数量明显减少,肠杆菌的数量从8.16log10NCFU/g,减少到7.64log10NCFU/g;肠球菌数量从9.59log10NCFU/g,减少到9.08log10NCFU/g;而厌氧菌双岐杆菌、乳酸杆菌、拟杆菌和梭菌的数量均增多,分别从8.46、10.1、10.69和9.54log10NCFU/g增加到双岐杆菌、乳酸杆菌、拟杆菌和梭菌的生长,抑制需氧菌肠杆菌和肠球菌的生长。

Abstract:The number changes of microorganisms in SD mouse's intestines were reported after taking Bacillus natto Sawamura one week.The quantities of aerobion Enterobacter and Streptococcus were obviously reduced,from 8.16 and 9.59 log 10 NCFU/g to 7.64 and 9.08 log 10 NCFU/g.The quantities of anaerobe Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Bacteroides and Clostridium had all added, from 8.46,10.1,10.69 and 9.54 log 10 NCFU/g to 9.21,10.32,10.71 and 9.66 log 10 NCFU/g. Bacillus natto Sawamura accelerated Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Bacteroides and Clostridium to grow respectively outside the SD mouse's intestines,while restrained Enterobacter and Streptococcus to grow.
