| 摘 要： | 跨国公司对于改革开放之后重返世界舞台的中国,具有重大和深远的影响.其在华投资行为不仅给中国了带来经济活力,同时还衍生了一系列包括但不仅限于下列的关系与结果:跨国公司的进入促进了中国政府对经济政策的调整;跨国公司在华投资促进了中国的所有制结构转型;跨国公司促进了中国中产阶层的形成与发育;跨国公司生产守则的实施改善了中国劳工状况.

| Abstract: | Multinational corporations(MNC) have profound influence on China after China's reform and opening to the outside world.The investment of MNC not only has promoted China's economic development but also led to the appearance of a series of relations and results.Their investment in China has promoted regulation of economic policies formulated by government,accelerated transformation of the ownership structure in China,promoted the formation and development of middle class in China.The implementation of their production rules has improved the situation of Chinese workers. |
