高光谱植被指数与水稻叶片叶绿素相关分析

摘    要:利用野外地物光谱仪Avafield-1测定水稻灌浆晚期三个品种的叶片光谱曲线,将所测的光谱反射率值计算得到11个植被指数,分析植被指数与同期所测叶片叶绿素值关系.结果表明品种三与其他两个品种在灌浆晚期光谱曲线差异较为明显,植被指数对于灌浆晚期叶片叶绿素相关性较低,最大相关值0.83是修正归一化差异指数与叶绿素计算所得.

Abstract:Using field spectroradiometer Avafield-1 determination of the three types rice leaf spectra curves in grain filling stage, the measured spectral reflectance values calculated by the 11 vegetation inde- xes, analysis of the relation between vegetation index and period measured chlorophyll value. The results show that the third and two other species spectra curves in difference during grain filling stage, a low cor- relation between vegetation indexes with chlorophyll, the maximum correlation value O. 83 as modified nor- malized difference index and chlorophyll calculated.
