摘    要:介绍了以熔盐法制备珠光颜料用片状氧化铁的最佳制备条件的探讨过程,通过在不同条件如熔盐种类、熔盐用量、煅烧温度和煅烧时间下进行合成,并使用光学显微镜对产品形貌和尺寸进行观察,从而推断出助熔剂法合成片状氧化铁的最佳条件.通过研究发现,在采用Na2SO4+K2SO4作为复合熔盐,并且熔盐用量与三氯化铁的摩尔比为5的条件下制备前驱体,在1 100℃下煅烧4 h,可得到平均粒径约为20μm,表面平整,形貌良好的六角形片状氧化铁晶体.并对制备的片状氧化铁进行了包覆二氧化钛应用尝试,表明该法制备的片状氧化铁满足珠光颜料的要求.

Abstract:Abstract: This paper introduced the best preparing condition for synthesizing flalcy iron oxide by molten salt method. The effect of the reaction parameters, such as the type of molten salt, the amount of molten salt, calcining temperature and calcining time, on the product morphology and particle diameter was sys- tematically studied via optical microscopy. The results show that hematite iron oxide with smooth surface and average particle size of about 20 tam was obtained when the mixture was Na2SO4 + K2SO4( molar ratio R =3: 1), the molar ratio of Na+SO4 + K2SO4 to FeC13 + 6H20 was 5 and the sample was calcined at 1 100 ℃ for 4 hours. The flaky iron oxide was also suitable for the use of pearlescent pigment after the tri- M of coating TiO2 on it.
