高职办学质量评价的认识误区及质量观新探

摘    要:质量是高职办学的生命和灵魂,质量评价是高职办学的“指挥棒”和“航标灯”,对高职办学具有指引、鉴定、导向和激励作用。正确评价高职的办学质量,必须克服失实性评价、错位性评价、求全性评价的认识误区,构建高职本位评价、特色评价、渐进发展评价、就业评价的崭新的质量观。

Abstract:Quality is life and soul of higher vocational schools, while the quality evaluation is their guidance, which guides, appraises, directs and promotes them. To evaluate their quality correctly calls for overcoming the misunderstanding ideas of inaccurate, misplacing, and perfect evaluation, and structuring the brand-new quality outlook of higher vocational standard, characteristic, inching developing, and employment evaluation.
