| 摘 要： | 《全民健身条例》颁布实施一年来，我国全民健身得到快速发展的同时，也暴露出制约其深入发展的瓶颈，社会体育管理体制亟待变革便是其中之一。鉴于此，研究提出社会体育管理体制的变革路径：完善全民健身管理体制；把《条例》与地方实际情况相结合；将城市全民健身体系覆盖农民工群体；加快政府职能转变；努力实现体育公共服务均等化；充分挖掘社会资源等。
