摘    要:本文运用文献资料、教学实验和数理统计等研究法,研究太极拳对大学生身心健康的影响,通过对教学前后学生的身体形态、生理及心理机能的统计分析,结论认为:练习太极拳不仅能够减少体脂,维持良好身体形态,而且还能够提高学生的心肺功能和心理健康水平。建议高校将太极拳作为必修运动项目进行开展。

Abstract:With the methods of documents study,teaching experiment and statistics,the paper studies the influence of Chen Taijiquan on the health of body and psychology of college students.Through the analysis of the changes in students' body,psychology and physiology before and after practicing Chen Taijiquan,the paper finds out that practicing Taijiquan can not only decrease the fat in body,keep good body shape,but improve students' lungs and heart functions and their health level of physiology.The paper suggests colleges make the practice of Taijiquan as one of the compulsive class.
