| 摘 要： | 和谐与冲突是事物矛盾发展过程中的两种状态，和谐是矛盾演进过程中的一种制衡态。社会是矛盾的，社会主义和谐社会是社会主义势力主导的社会矛盾制衡态。形成相对均衡的利益分配格局，形成合理的社会分层与成员构成结构，形成有利于社会和谐稳定发展的政治、社会治理结构是实现社会矛盾制衡，构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Harmony and contradiction are different states in the conflicting development of matters,in which harmony is a state of balance in the evolution of contradictions.There are full of contradictions in society,a socialist harmonious society is the state of social contradictory balances led by socialist force.Thus,it is the important content to form a relatively balanced pattern of interests distribution,a rational society membership structure and beneficial politics to social harmonious and stable development in the establishment of socialist harmonious society. |
