| 摘 要： | 摘要：新中国体育法制建设为体育工作构建了较为完备的法律体系。但由于国情因素的影响，体育法制建设还有很长的路要走。总结立法经验，从中发现问题，深入研究体育法制建设的基础性问题，积极探索体育法制建设的任务和途径，并不断加强对法律法规的执行，是体育法律体系日益完备的重要举措。

| Abstract: | The legal system construction of new China has built a self-contained legal system for sports work. The legal system construction still has a long way to go because of the special situation of our nation. Summarizing the legislation experience and the questions, the in-depth study of the basic problems of sports legal system construction, active exploration of sports legal sys- tem construction task and approaches, and strengthening the execution of laws and regulations are important measures for per- fecting sports legal system. |
