| 摘 要： | 传统上,我国学界依据规则中的权利义务即以权利义务分合为导向来界定体育权利主体,此种规则导向界定使体育权利主体内涵带有法条主义的僵化性与封闭性.为了使体育权利主体内涵更具有可接受性,必须通过引入人性尊严这一现代法律核心价值作为导向对之予以重构,以适应社会现实发展的要求.
