| 摘 要： | ＂卓越工程师教育培养计划＂是推进我国高等工程教育改革,促进高校培养适应社会发展需要的高级专门人才的重大举措。文章分析了卓越工程师基本素质,对本科院校培养卓越工程师的目标进行定位,提出本科院校培养卓越工程师应注意的几个环节,如校企深度合作培养学生、加强学生的工程能力、实践能力的培养等等,并给出本科院校培养卓越工程师的实例,以作为借鉴。
