新课程教师课堂教学策略

摘    要:课堂教学策略主要涉及准备、行为、管理、评价等方面。确定教学目标应根据“知识与能力”、“过程与方法”、“情感态度与价值观”三个维度来设计。教师应成为课程研发的主体。教案应并行设计“教师教学行为”和“学生学习行为”。教学过程中教师要由以学科为本转向以人的发展为本。课堂管理应坚持预防为主的原则,对问题行为的处理要以有利于学生的发展为目的。新课程要求建立发展性教学评价模式。

Abstract:Classroom teaching tactices include preparation?behaviour?management?appraisal and so on .Teaching aims should be fixed on know-ledge and ability , course and method and attitude and value outlook .Teachers should be the main part in the study of the courses .Teaching plans should include teachingbehaviour of the teachers and studying behaviour of the students . Teachers should turn from subjects (books) to the grow of the students . Classroom management should carry out the policy of putting prevention first , and should be settled to the advantage of the grow of students . New courses require to form a developing teaching appraisal pattern.
