| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育经过规模扩张后,高等教育质量问题成为了主要矛盾,政府为提高高等教育教学质量,实施质量工程,启动国家精品课程建设,但并未达到预期效果.在分析精品课程建设误区的基础上,针对精品课程建设的主体、对象、手段、评审与管理及制度设计等方面存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以促进精品课程的持续有效利用.
