| Abstract: | The authors firstly present the frame on the mutual feedback model between users' informa-tion requirements and the library' s resource construction based on the network, and focuses on the induction and practicality of data mining to administrative decision - making and analysis for the information construc-tion. At the same time, the treating technology and controlling flow to the information current are discussed. |
