| 摘 要： | 随着知识管理在企业中的广泛应用,知识库的构建和.吏用对企业发展的重要性也日渐被重视.本文以制造企业知识库为出发点,对它的内涵和外延做了一定的阐述.并结合40多家企业实施知识库情况的实际调研,分析知识库成功实施的主要影响因素,最后对知识库的发展现状与前景进行总结和展望.

| Abstract: | With the application of knowledge management,construction and implementation of knowl-edge base become more and more important to the development of enterprise.This paper discussed the connotation and extension of manufacturing knowledge base,made a survey on over 40 enterprises,and analyzed main influencing factors,finally made a summarize of present situation and a prospect for fu-ture development. |
