| 摘 要： | 采用访谈和问卷调查的方法,分析了知识型员工和非知识型员工激励因素需求特征的不同,得出了知识型员工的重要激励因素,探讨了各激励因素与激励效果之间的关系,构建了企业知识型员工的激励模型.

| Abstract: | The combinative methods of interview and questionnaire are adopted to make a comparative analysis on the incentive factors of knowledge employees and non-knowledge employees-based on those-the study gets the pivotal incentive factors of knowledge employees-sets an incentive factors model of the knowledge employees. |
