| 摘 要： | 以B-B市场中的制造企业为研究对象,在对顾客参与组成维度进行明确划分的基础上,构建了顾客参与对技术创新绩效影响的机制模型.实证分析的结果表明:信息提供、共同开发对信息共享和技术创新绩效的积极影响显著;顾客创新对技术创新绩效的积极影响显著;信息共享对技术创新绩效的积极影响显著;信息共享在信息提供(共同开发)和技术创新绩效之间的完全(部分)中介效应显著;信息共享在顾客创新和技术创新绩效之间的中介效应不显著.
