| 摘 要： | 结合科技型创业企业孵化和成长的特点,分析提炼出促进科技型创业企业成长的15项孵化要素和反映企业成长性的5项成长要素,利用问卷调查获得的数据建立结构方程模型,对促进科技型创业企业成长的孵化要素进行实证分析.研究结果表明,社会网络层次的金融机构服务和政府层次的优惠政策支持对促进科技型创业企业成长具有直接影响,而科技企业孵化...
