| 摘 要： | 东北老工业基地是以国有大型企业为核心,众多中小企业和相关机构组成的地理集聚体。这种特点决定了其产业集群是以核心企业为主体,通过集群合作伙伴的选择来组建产业集群。集群伙伴合作能力的评价是组建集群的关键。由于集群合作伙伴选择的评价是多目标、多属性评价,而且评价指标间的信息相互重叠,因此提出了基于主成分投影法的集群伙伴合作能力评价选择,分析了集群合作伙伴选择原则,构建了评价指标体系,建立了基于主成分投影法的集群伙伴合作能力评价模型,并结合算例加以应用。
