| 摘 要： | 共同富裕在《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》中既是重点又是难点。教学中应当帮助大学生解决思想认识中存在的困惑,扩充以下内容：廓清社会主义现象和本质的区别,引入＂贫困核＂概念,借用经济学领域的两个通用指标,分析新一届中央领导集体的执政理念。

| Abstract: | Public prosperity as the essence of the socialism is both a key point and a difficult point in the modern course of politics. Hence the paper attempts to clear the confusion for undergraduates by discriminating the socialist phenomenon and essence, poverty nucleus, universal indexes of the economics and the administrational conceptions of the new government. |
