| 摘 要： | 芭蕾与花样滑冰有许多共同的要素,达到芭蕾艺术审美标准的花样滑冰运动员都具有非凡的艺术表现力,因此,芭蕾基础训练方法对提高花样滑冰音乐鉴赏能力、舞蹈表现意识和舞蹈技术等方面具有特殊的作用。提出在花样滑冰训练中贯彻芭蕾的美学原则,提高花样滑冰运动员的艺术表现力;在动态技术、静态技术训练中借鉴芭蕾基础训练方法要点,可将跳跃动作训练上升到更高的层次,可解决因技术动作导致舞蹈艺术表现力的淡化等问题。
