| 摘 要： | 在我国的现代化进程中 ,必然面临着农村剩余劳动力转移问题。由于我国人多地少的特殊国情以及城乡二元社会格局的影响 ,我国农村剩余劳动力的转移呈现出了前所未有的复杂性和艰巨性。只有走城市化道路 ,大力发展乡镇企业和建设小城镇 ,并改革以户籍制度为代表的城乡二元体制 ,才能逐步解决农村剩余劳动力问题 ,实现农村现代化。

| Abstract: | It is a certainty to face the problem of transfer of surplus rural labor forec and task to realize rural modemization. The transfer displays unprecedented complexity and arduousness because of China′s special national conditions and influence of urban and rural structure of binary society Only to walk urbanization course, vigorously develop rural enterprises, construct small cities and towns,and reform the urban and rural binary system for household registration as the representation, cangradually solve the problem of surplus rural labor force and realize rural modernization. |
