| 摘 要： | 自上个世纪90年代中叶始,西方后现代思潮逐步进入我国,对当代大学生的思想、行为产生了不可忽视的影响。将柔性管理的人本性、高效性、感应性、适应性和渗透性等特质及其方法运用于高校学生管理,以激发学生学习与研究的主动性、积极性和创造性,这既是我国高校学生管理的必然趋势,也是提升高校学生工作水平的有效手段。

| Abstract: | The mid-1990s witnessed the debut of postmodernism in China,which influence upon the ideology and behavior of contemporary college students can hardly be ignorable.The application of flexible management,which is characterized by and embodied in humanism,efficiency,intuitiveness,adaptability and penetrativeness,to the management of college students,so as to promote the students' learning initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,is not only the necessary direction of China's college student management but also an effective way to improve the outcome of the work. |
