| 摘 要： | 冷战背景下，争夺石油霸权是美苏争夺的焦点之一。伊朗石油国有化给美国插手中东石油带来机会。美国及其盟国对中东石油的依赖，不可避免地涉及到国家安全问题。美国的国家利益、国家安全要求遏制苏联在中东的影响和削弱英国势力。美国的中东政策深受石油因素的影响，美国政府和石油公司把中东石油与国家安全联系起来考虑，制定政策。在伊朗石油国有化运动中，美国在国家安全的构架下，遏制苏联石油扩张，排挤英国，确保美国及其西方盟国石油供给安全，美国在中东的石油安全政策初步形成。

| Abstract: | Against the background of the Cold War, fighting for petroleum hegemony is one of the priorities for the United States and the Soviet Union. The Iranian state owning of petroleum brings America an opportunity to interfere in the Middle East from the global strategy and national security. The important and strategic target of the United States in the Middle East is to safeguard U.S. national security, check the Soviet expansion, control British oil, insure the petroleum supply and transport safety of the United States and its western allies. |
