| 摘 要： | 幸福不同于快乐，它不仅仅是个人主观的心理感受，更是为追求理想目标不懈奋斗的动态过程。在现代化的法制社会里，只有通过守法的基本途径，才能实现幸福这一人生的终极目的。但是在守法过程中，社会幸福和个体幸福有可能会发生冲突。这就更需要通过守法，尤其是通过积极守法，才能使二者达到平衡与和谐。

Observance and Happiness |

| Abstract: | Quite different from the joy, happiness is not only the personal subjective psychological feeling, but also the dynamic course of persisting in struggling for the ideal. In the modern legal society, only by observance, the ultimate aim of life, i.e., happiness, can be realized. But in the course of observance, the personal happiness may conflict with the social happiness. So it is more necessary to obey the law, esp. the positively observing, to balance and harmonize the both sides. |
