| 摘 要： | 竞技体育的特殊性，决定了运动员不可能将其作为终生职业。如何解决运动员再就业问题是所有国家面临的一个重大的社会问题。从社会学的角度初步探讨了影响我国运动员再就业的社会学因素，并提出了相应的对策，以促进我国竞技体育的可持续发展和整个社会的安定。 |

| Abstract: | Because of the specific characteristics of athletics,it is determined that athletes cannot take them as their lifelong vocation.Any athlete has to be faced with re-employment.How to solve the problem of re-employment of athletes is vital for the whole world.In order to promote the sustainable development of athletics of China and the stability of the whole society,this article discussed the sociological factors of effecting Chinese athletes' re-employment from sociology,and put forward the specific countermeasures. |
