| 摘 要： | 财务管理创新包括财务管理理念的创新、管理目标的创新、管理内容的创新、管理手段等方面的创新,是一项涉及企业生产经营方方面面的系统性工程,对企业的生存和发展具有重要意义;当前形势下,积极推进企业财务管理创新工作,创造有利于财务管理创新的环境氛围;转变企业财务管理观念;结合企业实际树立具有特点的财务管理目标;加强财务管理内容的创新活动;创新财务管理方式;提高财务人员综合能力等。

| Abstract: | Financial management innovations include the concept innovation ,management targets in-novation ,management content innovation ,management tools innovation and other aspects of innovation , it is a systematic project involved production and operation of enterprises and it has a great significance to the survival and development of enterprises .Under the current circumstances ,this paper points out that the favorable conditions should be created to actively promote the innovation of financial management and change financial management concepts of enterprises ;and financial management objectives combined with enterprises＇characteristics should be set to enhance the financial management activities ,innovate financial management and improve the comprehensive ability of financial officers . |
