集成电路封装行业动力节能的理念创新与实践验证

摘    要:如今全国乃至全球都在倡导创建资源节约型社会,能源更是人类生产和生活最直接也是最紧缺的资源。对于微电子这个高能源要求行业,研究和开发节能先进理念和先进技术责无旁贷。本文通过对集成电路封装行业动力保障系统传统技术的理念创新,对洁净空调机组控制方式的改进、冬季采用室外冷却塔天然制冷、变频器在动力运行中的合理使用等方面的实践与验证,为企业节省大量的动力运行成本,希望能为当今社会节能降耗、节约资源进行经验交流,创造新的节能理念。

Abstract:Today, our country and the world are advocating to create a resource-saving society, the energy production is the most direct and exiguous resources to the hfe of mankind. For microelectronics industry which is in the high-energy requirements, it's duty-bound responsi- bility to research and develop the advanced energy-saving concepts and technology. Through the theory innovations on the traditional support systems of the IC packaging industry, the paper try to practice and test the rational improvements of regulation method on the clean air-conditioning unit, adopt cooling natural tower outdoor in winter and the rational use of the transducers in the power operation systems, and so on. All these practice will help the enterprises saving a large source in the operating costs. This paper hopes to share the information with readers so that we can exploit the energy -saving resources for society today and exchange experience with each other to create new energy-saving concepts.
