摘    要:在市场营销的过程中,新产品开发占有很重要的地位.它一方面具有很高的收益性,是企业保持竞争优势、获取合理利润的基本手段;另一方面还伴随着很高的风险性,主要是创新、技术、生产、市场和竞争等方面的风险.针对风险存在的主客观原因,提出重视市场调查与预测、选择不同开发方式、校企合作、确定和完善新产品开发的创意源泉等规避对策,从而使企业的新产品在市场营销的过程中能够得到完整的开发.

Risks of New Product Development and Countermeasures in Marketing

Abstract:In the process of marketing, new product development plays an important role. On the one hand, it has higher profitability and it is the basic means for enterprise to remain competitive and to obtain a rea- sonable profit. On the other hand, it is also accompanied by a high degree of risk, mainly in innovation, tech- nology, production, marketing and competition. On the existed objective and subjective reasons, this paper pro- poses some countermeasures, such as attaching importance to market research and forecasting, choosing different development methods, college - enterprise cooperation and improving creative source of the new product develop- ment and so on, so that the new product can ~et a comolete develooment in the orocess of marketing.
