| Abstract: | Constructivist learning theory as the guiding ideology, this article tries to build aerobics teaching frame system in order to develop University student＇s ability from aerobics teaching content, teaching method, teaching process and teaching evaluation. It provides the reference for aerobics teaching reform of physical education department to improve the student＇s aerobics practical ability. |
