| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]在学科更名背景下解析和思考面向高水平科技自立自强的信息资源管理学科发展路径，旨在拓展学科内涵、丰富学科体系，为加快建设科技强国贡献学科力量。方法/过程]基于文献调研和国家战略导向，提出“服务科技自立自强是信息资源管理学科发展的重要向度”议题，并从历史、现实、未来3个维度观测本学科在服务科技自立自强目标过程中的嬗变与发展。结果/结论]面向科技自立自强，我国信息资源管理学科存在目标定位模糊、供需矛盾突出、核心能力薄弱等现实问题。为强化学科效能，更好地促进行业创新发展，提出几点建议：面向现实情境，加强学科制度建设；坚持吸收借鉴，构建自主知识体系；推动融会贯通，重视学科交叉协同；完善人才梯队，激发学科发展动能。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance] Under the background of discipline renaming, the development path of information resources management discipline for high-level self-reliance in science and technology is analyzed and pondered, which aims at expanding the connotation of discipline, enriching the discipline system, and contributing to the construction of a powerful science and technology country.Method/Process] Based on literature research and national strategic guidance, the topic of "serving self-reliance in science and technology is an important direction for the development of information resource management discipline" was proposed, and the evolution and development of the discipline in the process of serving the goal of self-reliance in science and technology were observed from three dimensions of history, reality and future.Result/Conclusion] Facing self-reliance in science and technology, the discipline of information resource management in China has some practical problems, such as vague target orientation, the prominent contradiction between supply and demand and weak core competence. To strengthen the discipline's effectiveness and better promote the innovation and development of the industry, the following suggestions are made:Facing the real situation, strengthening the discipline system construction; Insisting on absorbing and using for reference, and building an independent knowledge system; Promoting integration and attaching importance to interdisciplinary collaboration; Improving the talent echelon and stimulating the momentum of the discipline development. |
