| 摘 要： | 迄今为止,发韧于1978年的福建国有企业改革已经走过30年的历程.这一历程由改革初期中央政府主导的放权让利改革、改革中期地方政府推动的产权制度改革和改革后期建构新型国有资产监管体制三大阶段组成.这一制度变迁过程中,福建国有企业改革虽然成效显著,但受传统体制路径依赖的影响,目前依然面临着一系列亟待解决的矛盾和问题.在新时期海峡西岸经济区建设中,福建国有企业承担着不可替代的重要功能,为此,必须进一步深化国企改革,加强制度创新建设,不仅要强化自身质的提升和量的扩张,更重要的是要发挥国有经济对福建省经济社会发展的先行、引领、支撑和保障作用.
