| 摘 要： | 教师的心理健康状况直接或间接地影响着学生的健康成长.然而,教师群体存在着职业行为的心理问题,表现为:怨职型、自我型、暴戾型、不良型和人际障碍型.形成的原因有:职业环境因素、工作环境因素、个人因素和文化因素.可通过加强自我修养、组织教师培训、教育行政支持、专家指导和社会支持系统等途径提高教师心理素质.

| Abstract: | Teacher's psychological quality directly or indirectly affects the growth of student's psychological health.However,there are some psychology problems of the t professional behavior in teacher community.The manifestation includes:the type of resenting duty,the self-assumed type,the fierce type,the type of bad behavior and the type of interpersonal barrier.The reason includes:professional environmental factor,working conditions factor,individual factor and cultural element and so on.We could strengthen the self-tutelage,organize the teacher to train,the support of educational administration,expert's instruction and society support and so on to improve teacher's psychological quality. |
